Personal Data and Earth Heritage Magazine An individual’s confidentiality is protected by the Data Protection Act and, from 25th May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2016 (PECR). Personal information supplied by subscribers to Earth Heritage Magazine will be kept on file and stored securely; these data will be deleted once they are no longer relevant.

These data include name and on-line e-mail address only. This information is required to provide the service that is expected by a subscriber. These data will be stored securely.

Accessibility

Earth Heritage Magazine will not share subscribers’ information with other any other organisation or with companies or charities for marketing purposes.

Subscribers have the right to access a copy of the information Earth Heritage Magazine holds about them (a subject access request) obtainable, subject to proof of identity, from: mail@earthheritage.org.uk

Subscribers have a right to object to the ICO (Information Commissioners Office) if they feel that Earth Heritage Magazine is not handling their data in a satisfactory manner.

Through the opt-in form on the website subscribers provide their formal consent to receive electronic communications from Earth Heritage Magazine.
